About 5k is all you would realistically get, seeing as perfect Req 9's only go for about 20- 25k.
I personally wouldn't merch it, can't see why you shouldn't get a little over 10k if you mod it better and spend a little time in Kamadan, but it depends how much that cash would mean to you. agree with animal fighter. i'd merch. req 9 is more like 5-10k from what i've seen
